We have not been on vacation in a year. I know that's normal for most people, but in years past we've usually managed to squeeze a three day weekend here and there for a mini vacay. That didn't happen this year... and HOLY CRAP am I ready to get away.
In 26 days we'll be off to Orlando for a week with my folks and Chad's folks for our annual family trip, and I absolutely cannot wait. I'm sure we'll visit Mickey again, and probably check out the awesomeness that is Harry Potter at Universal Studios, but in all honesty - I would be perfectly happy if this were my view for the entire week:
The sun, the pool, the drinks... I am so ready. I may very well not move from this spot for an entire week. And I'm totally fine with that.
